TRAINING SESSIONS

We have two training sessions, one in Lincoln and one in Waddington Village.

SUNDAY CLASSES

The Sunday class at Waddington has been open to all students for some time now.

Attendance has been growing steadily, which is great to see.

As well as the usual kata, sparring and padwork, we also do circuit training. All in all, it’s a great way to keep fit.

Please come along between 10:00am and 11:30am on a Sunday morning.

For more information about dates check out the Club News page

8 lessons and a karate suit for only £45.

More

Ben took part in the UKASKO and UKMAF National Championships, in Knutsford, on 19th November.

He fought his way through to the +75Kg Kumite final where, despite an early

tumble, he overcame a very

strong opponent to win the

Gold medal.

This continues an impressive

tally of medals for Lowfields

at the Nationals.

*** STOP PRESS ***

Since June 2014 onwards, any student being put forward to grade at the club must go through a pre-grading assessment first.

The assessment is designed to ensure that the student is ready to grade.

At the assessments, students will be checked to determine proficiency in the various elements required to pass their actual grading.

If your instructors do not think you are   ready to grade, you will not be allowed to   grade.

WELL DONE, BEN!
